Our FAQ's

Question-markAt Web Chronical, we've done our best to create a Web site that anticipates and satisfies our visitors' needs. With that goal in mind, we've compiled a list of frequently asked questions:

[QUESTION] Do I need to have a PayPal account to make purchases on this site?
[ANSWER] No. PayPal will process your payment without you having a PayPal account.

[QUESTION]  Should I complete legal forms on-line?
[ANSWER]  We would suggest not. Not only are those forms typically outdated and incomplete, the provider is typically scamming your information to be sold to a third party.

[QUESTION] Can I get a refund on my legal forms purchases?
[ANSWER] Unfortunately no. Due to the nature of the media, there is no way to return it. However we will replace any file that may be corrupt. Which sometimes happens during the download process.

[QUESTION] How will I receive my forms?
[ANSWER]  Your forms will be available immediately after payment processing. Your forms will be downloaded in the “zip” format for quick and easy downloading.

[QUESTION]  Does my forms purchase ever expire?
[ANSWER]  No. Your forms can be updated as often as necessary. They are yours forever.

[ANSWER] Presently the fee for Chapter 7 is $335.00. The filing fee for Chapter 13 is $310.00. Court fees can be waived or paid in four installments.
